Testing

The BFSC is hosting a virtual test session in January 2026.  Please sign up on our Entryeeze website by Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM. We may allow some sign ups beyond the deadline, but there will be a late fee. You can begin recording tests as soon as Friday, December 26, 2025. Please have all videos turned in to the test chair, Chris Demarest, by Friday, January 23, 2026.  Here is the website to sign up: https://comp.entryeeze.com/Membership/Welcome.aspx?cid=158

We have the judges to judge Gold MIF, freeskate, and dance tests (including international dance tests).

Please review these documents if you sign up for our test session. One helps explain how to film and send the videos to the test chair. The other two documents (affidavit and name/likeness release) must be completed and sent with the video to the test chair.

****Please use Google Drive or something similar to share videos and documents with the test chair at his email address: cdemarest42@gmail.com.

****Please ensure your videos are correctly filmed in landscape mode and are sent right side up. Judges are rejecting videos that are sideways and will ask you to reskate your test.

****Please ensure you are using a placard at the beginning of each test video that says the name of the skater, the date of the test, the Brooklyn Figure Skating Club and the name of the test. Without this at the beginning of a test, the video will be rejected per USFS rules.

****If you are not a Brooklyn FSC of Ohio home club member, you are required to provide out of club test permission to our test chair before your test will be judged. Failure to provide this will result in test results not being provided.
